PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS
Please note that the product images may not depict the product’s color, condition, and/or options. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. The market-based rate applies to all non-Canadian credit card transactions.
SHIPPING
Online orders are processed within 48 business hours. However, additional delays may occur, depending on the carrier’s availability and the back-order items.
Online orders will be shipped fully unless it is requested otherwise. If a back-order occurs, Tzanet will contact you by email or by phone to determine a preferred shipping schedule.
Free shipping applies to all online orders over 99$ before tax within Quebec and Ontario. Additional charges may apply for shipping fragile or heavy products, including glassware, equipment, and supplies requiring a tailgate. However, the additional charges are not limited to those items. Shipping to remote, isolated, and inaccessible territories will result in additional shipping fees. You will be contacted by email or by phone to confirm the order and delivery instructions for all equipment purchases. Please contact us to learn about the tailgate fees, if needed.
INSTALLATION
Tzanet does not provide any installation services for online orders. You are accountable for any setup and installation of your products.
DAMAGES
You are advised to inspect your order before the driver leaves. Once received, please verify your order for any damages and mark them down in the acceptance form. Depending on the damage caused, accept, or refuse the shipment. If you choose to accept a damaged order, you become responsible for submitting a claim directly to the carrier. Tzanet is not liable for any damages caused by the carrier.
If any freight damage occurs, please contact us at 514-383-0030. We are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, 8 am-6 pm, and Saturday, 8 am-5 pm ET. Please have your order number, shipping information, and any other additional information readily available so that we can assist you better.
GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICIES
All products are subject to a warranty pursuant to the manufacturing specifications and/or instructions. Please contact us to learn about the different product guarantees.
Tzanet applies a one-month return policy. Full credit is issued for the products returned in the original packaging. Restocking fees may apply if the returned item is used or not in the original packaging. You can return products to the store or ship them back at your cost. Restocking fees of 50% may apply for special order items. Please contact us to learn more about our return policies.
PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Tzanet will notify the customers of any changes related to orders and deliveries. Full payment must be received online for the in-store pick-up option.
All purchases and transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. The market-based exchange rate will apply to all non-Canadian transactions. All relevant exchange rates will appear on the final bill.
