SHIPPING POLICIES
Due to a high volume of orders, we may experience some processing and shipping delays. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is processed and is ready to be shipped. You can check your order status by logging into your account. Please note that our website automatically generates the best shipping options according to the order amount, order content, and shipping address. Any shipping option can be selected on the check-out page.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free Shipping
Applies to online orders over $99 before tax, within Montreal and surrounding areas, for items that are shipped by standard courier. Please note that charges will apply to orders that include fragile items including and not limited to glassware, heavy products, and equipment even if the order is $99 or more before tax. Shipping orders outside the province of QUEBEC, remote, isolated, and inaccessible territories within the province will result in additional shipping fees. For all orders outside of the province of Quebec, including its isolated areas, please contact us for a shipping quote.

IN STORE PICK UP
You can pick up your order from any of our locations by selecting “pick up in store” at check out. Please leave any additional information in the “Shipping Instructions” section of the checkout page. In Store pick up requires a full online order payment. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is processed and ready to be picked up.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item ordered is not in stock, Tzanet will substitute it and inform customers about replacement. After the selection is confirmed, the item will be processed according to the selected shipping option.
TAILGATE
Customers are responsible for any charges incurred for tailgate services. Extra charges may apply for residential deliveries. Tzanet will not be liable for tailgate fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact us to learn more.
CUSTOM ORDERS
When an item must be custom ordered from the manufacturer before shipping to a client, it may take additional delivery time. Please consult our Terms and Conditions to learn more about our return and exchange policies.
