Convection Steamer, Electric, 240V/1Ph
Product code: 21CET82401
The Cleveland Browns are a 21-CET-8 team. The built-in steam generator of the SteamCraft® Ultra 3 convection steamer connects directly to a water supply and fills with water when the unit is turned on. Jets pump steam into the interior, allowing it to circulate around the cooking cavity and cook a variety of dishes at the same time without transferring flavors or drying them out. The insulated stainless steel walls keep heat in and a gasket stops steam from seeping out for maximum heating efficiency. Despite the hot temperatures inside, the two-piece door remains cool and closed. It opens from the right and is hinged on the left.
There are two steam modes on the Cleveland 21-CET-8 countertop convection steamer. The steam timer modes can cook dishes in 60 minutes or less, with an alarm sounding when the food is done. A bypass option delivers continuous steam for slow-cook items. Employees can place the steamer in standby mode between dishes to keep the steam generator warm and ready to produce steam so that the following pan can be slipped in without having to wait. Employees can remove the sliding racks for cleaning and wipe the interior clean at the end of the day. When limescale buildup in the generator becomes too dense, an indicator light on the front warns staff.
